We will not put a few white lies on a resume just to get our clients interested in a candidate. We will only deliver what we believe is an accurate representation of the candidates skills and experience. A resume only tells a fraction of the story anyway, so we will look beyond the resume for the skills that really matter, and only present candidates that genuinely meet our clients needs. We will not advertise jobs which have never existed or have already been filled, nor will we maintain job adverts for positions which have already been filled. We will not discriminate against candidates in any way (such as age, sex, nationality, ethnic origin or religion) with the exception that we will only focus on non-Dutch residents as we feel that this segment is already well looked after by the existing market. We urge clients and candidates to be wary of any dirty tricks used by unethical recruiters. Boycotting recruiters who lack integrity will hopefully prevent such unethical tactics in the industry.
