Your Role...
- On a weekly basis, provide performance reports to the OPM Management team.
- Monitor the QoS of the related platform and review the monthly operator reports:
- Follow-up the ticket handling, incidents and KPIs.
- Receive monthly reports from the operator and analyze them.
- Update the weekly OPM reports with performance results from the VoIP platform.
- Liaise with, and lead, crisis situation.
- Analyze any functionality changes coming from internal department and communicate the impact to the relevant persons:
- Analyze the details and impacts of functionality changes/new releases and communicate the result to the Project Manager/Functional Analyst.
- Ensure the proper implementation processes are followed.
- Identify root causes, trigger corrective actions and chase relevant persons/departments to take corrective actions to solve issues.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers:
- Ensure the organization and 3rd party providers can work together (reporting and troubleshooting systems are in place with detailed operational contractual agreements).
- Manage the 3rd party provider’s performance (KPIs and SLAs).
- Participate in the study, design and build phases of the projects/small requests having impact on the service.
- Review the chosen solution and processes to ensure coherence within the design and build phases and set requirements based on guidelines of the service.
- Ensure the project team will transfer all relevant knowledge and information to you during the build phase.
- Pro-actively identify any dysfunction and propose improvements, communicating with the relevant persons (BPA, Marketing, CSD) to ensure that the improvements are put in place.
- 1+ years experience in a comparable position including management of operational activities and supplier management, preferably within an ISP or Telco in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of/experience with VoIP and ADSL technologies.
- Knowledge of the management of operational activities and related reporting activities.
- Strong analytical & organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Pro-active and stress-resistant with the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to maintain a general overview (helicopter view).
