We help you with your résumé, application, interviews, offer negotiation, relocation and more. For job seekers our service is 100% free, so there are no costs and no obligations.
We’re not looking for just anyone who can do the job; we’re searching The Netherlands, the EU and sometimes the world to find the best person for the job. This means that we must reject many of the applications that we receive in order to maintain the high standards that our clients have come to expect.
The employers we work with know that every person we introduce has the profile they’re looking for and fits their unique culture and environment. In fact we’re so confident of our ability to connect the right people with the right jobs that we offer our clients a 100% refund if they’re not happy with the results.

Unfortunately many of our vacancies are only open to those with permission to work in The Netherlands – such as EU citizens, permanent NL residents or citizens from Canada, Australia and New Zealand aged 18 - 30 who are eligible for the working holiday program.
We are only able to arrange a work visa for specific vacancies where the employer feels they cannot find the right person from within the EU quickly enough. Visas are approved in around 4 weeks and all the paperwork is handled either by your new employer or our Immigration lawyer. Visas can also be organised for your partner and children – even if you aren’t married.
In recent quality of life surveys Amsterdam is ranked in the top 5 European cities, and it is one of the few European cities on continental Europe where you English speakers can comfortably live and work for years without learning the local language.
All of us working at The White Door have lived and worked in Amsterdam after moving from Australia, France or the UK. We understand what it’s like to leave your home, family and friends behind for a new beginning in Amsterdam, and we can guide you along the way.
