When submitting jobs, the bonus is only payable when:
- The position is not already in our database and has not been advertised on a job database such as monsterboard.nl
- The candidate which accepts the position must be placed by the white door and must stay a minimum of 1 month (or the equivalent probationary period)
- The position is filled within 6 months of you notifying us of it
- The position must be for at least 3 months for temporary assignments and 500 hours for freelance assignments
- the white door receives its standard fee from the employer, which is paid in full within 14 days of the employer being invoiced
- We receive a copy of your passport
- If the position is within your company or any affiliated companies, you are not responsible for hiring candidates as part of your job function
